Little better today, Basham our best player but once again Hammond and Flynn show why they should be nowhere near the team sheet. Good goal from Billy pity we were unable to build on it.
Port Vale were as bad as any side I've seen this season but a mention for their little no 9 who was head and shoulders the best player on the pitch.

Regardless of how he played, hopefully Flynn stays in the team for the next game, we never seem to play the same 11 from one game to the next and ever since he came back from injury Flynn has been in for the odd game, and rarely been in the same position for two in a row other than sat on the bench.

we were level on points before tonight so got to take it as a positive

And I'm still dumbfounded we've apparently spent over £100 million to get to mid table league one level.

He'd could be decent signing We need some experience and I reckon he would be quicker on his feet than Hammond , and let's face it, it would be nice to see him to see him nice.

Thought Reed had a really poor one but that wasn't unexpected by any means. When he wasn't giving it away he was being shoved off it or giving it off to the nearest man as soon as he could. Che Adams - didn't have a screamer but easily motm, the only one that wanted to take on any responsibility or any risks going forward and low and behold he's brought off by Adkins. Basham had a better game than some I saw him in earlier in the season, came out and put in a few solid tackles. Don't get me wrong a win's a win but jesus christ it was boring. Tempo and composure, we don't have either. Typical mid table clash in many ways. Battle of two poor sides in the end, luckily we were marginally less poor than they were but there wasn't much in it.

Are 100% sure you went? I know you said it was boring but you must have had a kip for 80 minutes if you thought Adams was easily motm.
