Jim gone VERY quiet on Twatter

Difficult to blame Jim per se for that (puppet rather than puppetmaster), but given that he's the man tasked as being the conduit between board/owners & fans, then his ongoing silence is an abdication of responsibility on the part of the owners & board.

If Jim's social media crusade has been shelved, then what's the alternative? Deafening silence? And does it all amount to an implicit corporate admission of failure & a total lack of ongoing strategy (other than "fingers crossed")?

Plenty of people in the public eye leave Twitter bc of the abuse.

There's lots that's great about it but it can easily attract disgusting bile and vitriol from people with a mindset I find hard to understand.

Great for one way communication but nott really a forum for public discussion.

I think it is those pesky rapscallions who don't see how good things really are who spoil places like Twitter and this Forum for the people like your good self and the great guy himself Jim Phipps.

Have you thought about dispensing him some of your helpful advice that you have learnt about using block/ignore buttons to block the rapscallions who don't agree with you view that everything is rosy in the world.

This could be the 'things getting worse before they get better' that Adkins is referring to.

Milan would probably get a good deal on buying the club, spend enough to get us promoted, off load to a rich buyer, his track record basically.

Whoever the manager is and whoever is on the board with McCabe ( can't see him leaving anytime soon) we'll find out in the summer when we see the type of players coming to build 'the new team' required to get us out of this division...or not, as the case may be.
