It's wank. And you're in the wrong forum. I don't care if you put "at Lane" in it!

Those games seem a long time ago. Perhaps if we had this atmosphere at home (sorry I put lane, didn't realise it would offend ) the games might not feel as bad. We never support with singing for the full 90 minutes. We struggle to do 10

Man united's away fans are crazy, good crazy!

That's 10 minutes more effort than United at times.

Same with pretty much every home team. We're not the only club that can have a quiet home fans.
You cant be expecting 90 minutes of chanting when we play such poor quality football and we're against teams like Bury.
If we were playing exciting football you'll hear plenty of noise.
Also some fans don't like to chant, its not a mandatory part of football.

Fan's fault.

The atmophere Bramall lane can somtimes be quite toxic but we have one of the best and loyal away followings in the country. Man U fans are absolutely fucking wank at OT but were brilliant at Derby.
Can you see a pattern developing here?

Fans were terrible away at Crewe in October (my only game this season). Don't care if the team were crap, the fans gave up after about 5 minutes. For me, they were more embarrassing than the team. There was a time when I'd make sure I coincided every trip back to the UK with a trip to Bramall Lane, then I tried to ensure I came back to fit in an away game. Now, I think I'll just come back during the summer.

When we went in 3-0 down at Elland Road in '91, the Blades fans sang throughout the half time break. When we went 4-0 down just after half time, we stopped singing. For about 52 seconds. Then we started again. And if we'd had just an extra few minutes on the pitch, we'd have bagged an equaliser.

Me and a mate we were in the Leeds end for that one. We kept pretty quiet all game. Quite a few unnerving stares when we weren't getting at all excited about the the goals going in.
Not an experience I'd like to repeat, any time.

considering they were top of the championship with 13 games left and didnt make the play offs last season and have only 2 points from their last 6 league games
how come their fans havent turned on them
been us brian the blade would be asking to be made manager

Derby are in a bit of a predicament . This manager and the previous had a good CV as top coaches but not managers . Have Derby continued the same mistake . Could they afford to sack there manager after the money they have spent. There fans will be as confused and frustrated as we are.

Expectations high , but cannot be achieved .

It helps having more than 200 away fans. The shittiest thing for me about this awful depressing wank league is the atmosphere at the lane. The best atmospheres at BL over past few years are when there has been a decent away following. I know that generally means there is more home fans too because it's a bigger game (Spurs, charlton etc) but even millwall & Bradford this season we were louder because of the away following.
