Lost a huge amount of credibility with that ridiculous claim. I'd always found him open and frank in person but that showed disrespect for the fanbase expecting people to swallow that. He also included cup money as "reinvestment" on the basis they "hadn't taken it out". Seeing as the investment is in shares and losses prevent dividends being voted, it made no sense whatsoever to make those claims.

Jim is no different to anyone else in football. They change the rules to suit circumstances.

I actually agree barney, declining to meet wasn't where you got it wrong. Calling him out and badgering him for being a coward was the ridiculous part. It's obviously not wise to look to meet in person to settle internet squabbles with fists. It's juvenile at best.

Especially if you go, thinking you are going to meet a spotty 16 year old kid, and end up face-to-face with a bloke who looks like he would bang out Tyson Fury and the Klitschko brothers at the same time!

I suppose but that wasn't really my point. Say you meet up and the bloke is smaller and weaker than you and you knock him out. What have you achieved? Beating up someone who disagrees with you on the internet? My point was the whole thing is very silly but it makes one look even more silly to look to instigate a meeting, mock the person who doesn't accept and then back out when they do accept.

Totally agree Dane, I was just saying that most of us have no clue about who we are speaking to on here anyway. There are some lads who know me on here, three or four maybe (Grafikhaus for one), but the majority don't.
