He reacted following a tangle of some sort on the ground and 'pushed' their player in the face when the referee was only a metre away. Really stupid rush of blood. Referee couldn't avoid giving a red. What did Adams do? Must have been something off the ball then?

Matty Done the only player to acquit himself with any honour for his whole time on the pitch. Was he hurt or just knackered?Well done to Done and Dunne
Yes, a confidence-building result today, let's build on that .
And Jimmy Dunne's record is still intact.![]()
Been coming quite a while, hes raw and has no discipline. He reacted following a tangle of some sort on the ground and 'pushed' their player in the face when the referee was only a metre away. Really stupid rush of blood. Referee couldn't avoid giving a red.

Bradford improved in the second half. Glimpses of the player he has been previously. Hope it continues, but he needs someone else in front of him.

Agree, it's been coming, allowed a "never done anything never will" journeyman to wind him up.Been coming quite a while, hes raw and has no discipline.
It was poorOn the whole it was a very poor and uninspiring victory. It may have been the cup but we look a million miles away from being a promotion side. Done was the stand out player if mainly for his workrate. True, Jay Mac did ok but it comes to something when some on here are creaming themselves over a players performance that was satisfactory. Oldham offered precious little. Mattys goal was the only difference between the sides
I have a big problem with a midfield of Bash, Coutts and Hammond. They sit so deep when the opposition have the ball they are literally 5 yards in front of the back four. They invite opponents onto us until we have to make last ditch interceptions/tackles. It happened in the second half at Barnsley and the last 20 mins today. Even NA was telling them to push up but it fell on deaf earsCentre midfield,or lack of it,is a big problem.
There is no leader in there,no creativity and all the players are very similar.Hammond is too slow and there's no one to take the game by the scruff of the neck.
What do you want him to do? He defended everything that came his way expertly and found a teammate 9 times out of 10. Won every battle and cleaned up dangerous situations by calmly heading back to Long on multiple occasions. On the whole it was a very poor and uninspiring victory. Looked like Adams was getting lumps kicked out of him on the floor that he reacted to. Obviously he shouldn't have shoved their player, but their player(s) did worse and we didn't even get a free kick or them get a talking to !
Fans who hammer certain players, will never see any good in them, sitting on their hands when they do well, scream abuse at every mistake.
Mceveley had a good game, forget what he has done in the past, he's played well today.
A word too for another hounded player, Dean Hammond, following on from Barnsley, another good performance, never gives anything less than 100%, some vital blocks, tackles, and a great defensive header on the edge of his own 6 yard box in stoppage time.

I want our defenders to be solidly defensively, I don't know about you.
Being the best defender of a back 4 that kept a clean sheet despite being backs against the wall for the last 20 after the sending off is not a 'satisfactory' performance. He did very well today. It won't kill you to say he played well, even if you don't think he's the solution to our defensive woes.
