Confirmed via a family member tonight that Kyle M IS meeting with NC tomorrow.

We've already agreed to match his current wages. Down to little details with player and then agreeing the fee.

He signed a 2 year contract for MK last summer. Played 41 games for them so we will have to pay a fee. I had high hopes for him when I saw him in reserves matches in the mid 2000s. He had a bad injury and we let him go but he has fought well to be a good player in this level

be a good signing and personally I would put basham alongside him. Position fixed. Basham offers nothing going forward unfortunately.

Now need a fit Wallace or a Wallace look a like to help fix the midfield. We aren't as far away as people thing, just need to keep the quality over quantity Is that Mosy from Chesterfield available on a free?

Morsy is still under contract but Jimmy Ryan is a free agent. My Chesterfield supporting workmate thinks Ryan will come to us or to Portsmouth

Personally, if there is a small chance of getting a player out of Callum, we should keep him. Kyle suffered from the same off field problems that Callum does now. Time for some tough brotherly love before Callum's career goes non league style.

Not agreed but definitely wants a move locally if possible. There was a possibility with Rovum last summer. Got to think MK will allow move if fee is right, to agree to talks.

I'm pretty sure Kyle isn't going anywhere and certainly not to a League One club. If you listen to his post match interview after we won promotion he says he can't wait for next season.

Basham offers nothing going forward? Did you miss his superb diving header v Swindon? Next season I am confident he will be the key part of our midfield engine room.

No I didn't miss it thanks, however was his sole contribution in the opposition all season going forward. I love bash at the back as he can bring it out. He can't do much in the final 3rd as his career stats will tell you.

Maybe so and I'd have worried if he wasn't excited for it. However have you thought at that point we hadn't registered our interest in him and now that we have he wants the move back to his beloved Blades, regardless of you being in a division higher?

Don't know who you're referring to but I'm certainly not 'giving it large'. I'll be happy if we just stay up. It's a huge jump for us and we'll need to retain and get more players if we are to do that.
