Pinchy
Blade, not Bladey.
Who can fail to be impressed by Ebanks-Blake's goal tally in the last three seasons? He's almost up there with John Stead and Kevin Davies.

When Stead came to us, I said in BU (I think?) whenever I saw him on tv his ball control and cool finishing reminded me of Allan Clarke. I always thought he should have played more games for us and when he was playing for other clubs he doesnt seem to have much playing time tooNow, now Pinchers - Stead has been playing pretty well of late from the televised games I have seen. V good vs Chelsea and he played well the other night vs MKD - great hold up play and some really clever passing - on a ploughed up field to boot.
Agree about Ebanks and Davies, though = Pants in the laundry

Could never fault Steads commitment especially against Wigan on the last day.
Go to 43 seconds in on this video, not sure how he didnt break his neck going for that header. (apologies for bringing back bad memories)
It's was just his first touch that was poor at times but he still got himself into good positions.
Clough said that he enquired about Matt Smith, who's on loan at Bristol City and has scored 12 in 16 games for them.
