Good point BTL. I've never, ever seen any threads on here dedicated to events at Darlington or Leicester, ever.

The bloody obvious is to address the centre back issue we have, as a first priority.
Next the strikers - still not convinced we have enough goals in us with the players still at the club to challenge for automatic promotion.
Then there's the engine room - how are we going to beef up the midfield sufficiently? - If CB's are sorted then that frees up Basham - but we need more height and more aggression in there with him to make a difference and it would be unwise to bet that on Wallace (again) given his fitness problems.
If Murphy and Done do go then that takes away pretty much 1/3 of any potential goal threat we can muster - and let's face it our track record of holding onto the best of a mediocre bunch is not brilliant, is it?

All the positivity in the World does not win you football games if your squad is inferior and not physically up to the challenge.
I'll be more positive if some action is taken and we can see something designed to address these issues - tripping out the same old adage of wait and see, be positive, you're all too negative, give it time, it's early days, no-one else is doing X, Y and Z, the players are only just back from holiday, yada, yad, yada. Same old shit for the last 4-5 years and more.

Harping back to Leicester and Darlo are the only bloody things we have to work on - fuck knows the rest has been a let down, time and time again.
I was going to put the Triple Assault season - which was very entertaining - but ultimately a screw up on all fronts
2006 was negated by the 06-07 debacle so that makes it almost 10 years since we had any semblance of success - it will be 10 by then end of this coming season.
Go stick that in yer pipe of positivity and blow smoke up yer fecking arse.
