This can only be the work of a complete mad man. Attempting to tie Hamza Choudhury down to a longer, or permanent contract reportedly earning between £50-55k per week can only be described as industrial Sabotage. Wilder should be removed from the club for this single reason alone.
1 year on a very, very club friendly deal would be fine

I asked chatgpt to write Danny's report of the game so no need to attempt to read anything on the star website:

Wilder's masterclass sees Blades overcome Wrexham as doubters silenced once again

Chris Wilder's Sheffield United continued their encouraging progress with a thoroughly deserved victory over Wrexham at Bramall Lane, in another evening that demonstrated precisely why the United boss remains the man to lead this club forward.

Ben Brereton Díaz provided the decisive contribution, another inspired piece of recruitment that underlines Wilder's remarkable eye for a player. While some questioned the signing, those people might want to spend a little less time on social media and a little more time watching football.

Wilder's tactical approach was evident throughout. United showed organisation, determination and the sort of attacking intent that has become synonymous with his teams. His ability to get the best out of his players is something that simply cannot be measured in statistics.

There were encouraging performances across the pitch, with Wilder's recruitment once again looking increasingly shrewd. Even the players who didn't particularly stand out deserve credit for buying into the manager's philosophy.

Naturally, there will be those who point out that there is still room for improvement. There always is. But it's worth remembering the circumstances Wilder inherited and the challenges he has faced. Some people seem to have remarkably short memories.

Indeed, it would be remiss not to mention Ruben Selles, whose contribution to the wider situation at Sheffield United continues to raise questions. Quite what he has to do with tonight's result is difficult to establish, but there are clearly lessons for him somewhere in all this.

Ultimately, this was another significant step forward under Wilder. The doubters have been given another reminder, his signings are delivering, and the Blades are moving in the right direction.

Wilderball is alive and well. And if you haven't bought into it yet, perhaps that's a you problem.

We certainly have been moving in the right direction over that past few weeks. It's a team effort. Not only the manager. The players have upped their workrate. We're not as strong as last season but it's good to see us playing better.

Can't be arsed with the petty squabbles about Wilder. He's going nowhere this season. Just get behind the team.

What the fuck is going on here now?

RandomBlade is certainly determined to make a name for himself.
Not put a single person on ignore since I joined the site years ago.

Until this fella. Any time you spend answering his posts is time you’ll never get back!

I'm still waiting for the summer clear out Wilder promised us.

WTF is Shackleton still here? McGuinness? Chong? Reidewald?

I was a big fan of Choudry but now I've seen him every week - he's very limited. 1 year is plenty. Rothwell was good for Leeds but looks knackered now. BBD was great the first time round but not the 2nd or 3rd. Campbell should have been moved on.

Femi is an excellent player with potential so resign him. Ditto Cooper and Peck.

Some of the crocks, has beens and journeyman footballers who are in the twilight (for many it's now dark) - get rid.

We are the very definition of a mid table Championship side. 12th - 18th. Shoulder to shoulder with Blackburn, WBA, Stoke, Bristol City.
