The Wilder Covenant

Pal of mine stayed in the Raddison Blue last night at East Midlands before an early morning flight and sent me a pic of Wilder, as the team must have flown down this morning. He said they were all on the Moretti. After that performance the must have drank it dry.
Sounds like bollocks this fly from Sheffield to Nottingham to go to Stoke 🤣🤣

This is it for me. I get people thinking it's not the right time to change but nobody can say we're getting the best out of this group of players. People talk like we have Wednesday's squad last season and I can only think it's to protect the manager.

There's reasons to give him more time but I don't think anybody can seriously say we're not underperforming
There's just no tactics or organisation to us whatsoever

Also worth pointing out he didn’t seem happy that we just won the match. That post match was rather downbeat and the reaction of the players in the tunnel seemed quite muted.
Pissed off with fans he’s created a then and us mentality which is what we need

Definitely sarcastic

To be fair, he wasn't. As I said thought he was quite downbeat in his post match.

I think he may have noticed that even loyal fans who had stuck with him have started to turn on him recent weeks.

You know who you are...

Look at yourselves, look how you are acting. Trying to reclaim lightning in a bottle that we once had, thinking it will all turn around based on nothing but delusion and former glories.

Do you believe everything he says? Are you not in the slightest bit concerned about the results of what's on the pitch day in day out?

He says nothing but bullshit, it'll be another great interview post match today and the performance will be back to normal after the intl break. He says all the right things to get impressionable people back onside, then nothing on the pitch changes.

You look and sound completely stupid. Just like the pigs. The sad thing is you can't see it.

Admit it, he's done. Who he once was is gone.

Anyone who wants Wilder gone, bizarre. Give me a credible alternative with the state United are currently in?

Much needed win yesterday, but now it's a case of backing it up. Pompey looked toothless and lacking in quality earlier, even against 10 men. Got to aim to pick up another three points.

Must admit I felt the celebrations following our first goal were quite muted…Maybe too many people came to the lane expecting a public execution instead of a much needed win.

Apparently there are over 200,000 coaches with a UEFA licence. Maybe this is just a bizarre thought, but there must be one or two out of that lot that could do a better job than Wilder?!?

Definitely, but knowing us, we'd find the worse ones instead.

We should be patiently looking at better options whilst Wilder keeps things afloat, instead of rushing in for someone new.

Definitely very muted. I think its more because it had been such a dull half, with little created and us seemingly stuck on the halfway line.
I think it took lots of people by surprise.

It took wilder by surprise he does not play to score goals as seems to think you get points by retaining possession

I found it a bit weird that after the first goal rather than celebrate Chong and Bamford seemed to be having a heated debate about something.

Amazing that he’s such an unbelievable coach, to the point there’s literally no one else that could do a better job, but not a single other club has ever expressed an interest in poaching him and even after a 90 point season couldn’t find a job.

First half Peck won a free kick a few yards inside Lincoln half. It was taken sideways and after several passes hadn't progressed further than where it was took. We then lost possession.
