Well I'm still positive, top two for me this season, and I'm not joking!
The team is good enough we just need to sort out a few things and I'm sure CW and the coaches are on it, it might take a few matches to blend but I think we are strong enough for a top two finish

Our current style of play is to set up like it's the 85th min and we're 1-0 up. Unfortunately we do this from minute 1 and it's 0-0
Not quite. At home we will absolutely go at the opposition for the first 10 minutes and there is a decent possibility we will score. After that, we’ll revert to exactly what you have described.

Sunstroke?

Yes but it's all so tinpot, we are Sheffield United with 22000 ST holders, these owners do not give a flying fuck for the fans, the community it completely stinks.

They're asset-stripping, we may as well call it what it is.

It has parallels with what happened over the road, down to the complete silence from the owners.

In both cases, for me that's the worst of it; the squad disintegrates without a word of explanation, and you don't get to challenge it nor watch what you've paid to see.

Different with Chansiri he refused to sell anyone to the detriment of the club and they ended up leaving for nothing anyway.

Ask Nigel, no not Clough, Spackman.
Same happened In1998.

It's happened serially for years.

How many times since the Deane and Taylor flog-off have we had this happen?

Both Kyles? Jamie Ward? Lowton? McDonald? Maguire? J Murphy? Adams? DCL? D Brooks? Ndiaye? Berge? Bogle? Osula? Souza? Hamer? A Brooks?

And now possibly Callum O'Hare.

And coming the other way we get nothing earth-shattering, plenty of last-great-shout testimonials, plenty of treatment-table-jockeys, some who 'just don't fit in', some who are just additions to an over subscribed area of play when other areas are one-brick-thick.

We've spent a lot of money on crap and really, not held out to get best dollar on the ones we give away. I get it now that the bias is with the player and his agent, but our transfer policy is disappointingly familiar, isn't it? Buckle to early offers, bank the cash and keep the stupid supporters hoping and prying the last hours of the final day will shit silver dollars. Wilder's said-but-not-said dialogue tonight said too much in that if Callum O'Hare wants out, he goes and we get no say in it. Coming the other way we have loanees and gifts, we have made near on £20m and that is basically gonna be used to run the club while we scrap for mid table mediocrity.

Shame on the owners. McCabe must be laughing his arse off now.
