I vividly remember that when our fans spilled onto the pitch it was Coventry who were well on top and in the ascendancy in the game so the idea we inconvenienced you is nonsense, our players heads dropped after the interruption and you scored if anything we helped you out

I find it hilarious that it is us who supposedly have delusions of grandeur when this thread is full of people labelling Coventry a shithole and a nothing club when Sheffield has its issues and you have a club have achieved absolutely nothing of note in over 100 years and are not even the biggest side in your own city
Fuck off for 9 months you cunt.

I can assure you I’m a Cov supporter and I’ve despised you lot since some of your fans judased and hospitalised a mate of mine in the 2012/13 season

I wouldn’t waste my piss on a stadium full of your supporters if it was on fire

Goodnight
Well, that little flounce didn’t last long.

Wasted plenty of time on here though, you sanctimonious helmet.

Now kindly, bugger off.

Lying little fucker, it's pretty obvious you don't have any mates otherwise you wouldn't be on here. As to one of your fictitious pals getting battered, it never happened. Funny how opposition fans who come on here dishing shit out all end up playing the victim.

Why not fuck off back to your fantasy world full of toothless middle aged men where you get your gratification, who knows, you might even meet up with one and lose your virginity.

I wonder which “uncle” is visiting his mum tonight?

I can understand him getting triggered though. Last one wiped their cock on his Peppa Pig curtains…

Good luck to him and thanks for some nice memories while here.

Personally think the PL will be a too much of a step up in terms of intensity, e.g. new Liverpool manager bemoaning the fitness of his squad the other day shows the levels you need to be at, but imagine he can have some impact off the bench and through set plays for Coventry.

Said it all along you have to be an athlete to be a good prem player we’ve done well to have him for three seasons (with one good season from him) and still get 6 mill

Hamer is excited to be back in the Premier League and back with the Sky Blues. On re-signing for City, the attacking midfielder said: “I’m buzzing, it’s the move I wanted to make.

“To go to the Premier League with Coventry was something I always dreamt of so when the Club came back in for me, it was very special so I’m very happy.

“The love I got from the fans was amazing so the only thing I can give back to them is goals, assists and a good performance so that’s what I will try to do. Of course, you can’t score or give an assist every game but what I can do is give 100 per cent for the badge, for the Club and for the fans.”

I'll remember him with fondness and definitely one of the better players to play for us. On his day he was outstanding. I'd have preferred to see him more in the number 10 role which generally went to O'Hare.

Ultimately it's a deal that suits all parties. I think it's harsh of any blades fan to hold a grudge for leaving bearing I'm mind Cov are in the PL and his affection for them. It's clear he also has affection for United too.

Over the years there's been many, many players who've established a real bond with the club and have excelled. Most have as a result of the latter been sold. Probably only Dane Whitehouse is the exception? An exceptional player who never left despite the club accepting a bid from Birmingham City.

It's a business at the end of the day, sadly. Gone are the days when a clubs best players stayed loyal. Transfer fees are now so essential to the survival of a club.

I wish Gus well. BBD to return?
