Odd one. Was sent this by a Lincoln supporting mate. Not really sure what the original poster's specific point is, but it looks like Lincoln have managed to look beyond the nominal software approach and tap into a relatively untapped resource for recruitment?

I’m no expert but my understanding is that appearing in European competitions gives points towards a work permit. It’s part of how we were able to sign Zätterström. The inference from that screenshot is that as Universitatea Cluj played in a qualifying round which is presumably that’s a European debut, their players gained more GBE points but only this season. Anyone with a database predating July 1 won’t have that.
