It’s probably 20%. Spurs paid us a decent sum (£1m plus add-ons) for someone who’d been in our academy for two(?) years.

Rumours out of the north east are that Boro are paying over £10m for him. We were sadly never going to be in at that level.

It's a good use of funds for Boro. Lankshear has shown loads of potential, he only needs one breakout season down here, his value doubles and they get the on field benefit with it.

It’s 10m potentially up to 20m.

Should be about 1.6m once you remove the 2m we got for him.

Seen other reports as 14m, so would be 2.4m.

Either ways a couple of million to the best centre back we can bring in doesn’t hurt.

Can perfectly understand why they did it. Massive bonus for them Rodgers going for so much. If I recall correctly, plenty weren’t over convinced worh Rodgers when he left then. But boy has he kicked on!
