Ukaki looked useful in pre-season and did at least score.

It feels like he wasn’t really given a shot because of the whole Bord thing.

He’s still young and let’s face it Seriki had an unsuccessful loan spell and broke theough a bit later.

He was a fundamental part of our L1 season, tearing teams apart , and combining with Bash and Freeman.

The following season, I think he played a bit. He might even have scored a decent goal somewhere rusty.

The following season, our shit manager Wilder, somehow fluked a promotion and Duffy was a part of that.

So yes, just 'one good season'.

Everyone has their price and being at the World Cup is only going to help the reach. It could easily open the Dutch market but realistically he is in that we have negotiated very well bracket if we break even. It’s alright wanting to offload but also have to mindful that we have to have replacements and unless the idea is to drop back to a 3-5-2 where we want wingbacks rather than wingers then he is probably staying.
 
Hopefully been at the World Cup can inspire him and with no Brooks around, him potentially becoming the main man on the right allows him to flourish. It is really an important season for him now.
