With Knill gone and the board obviously now realising the limitations of the management team, plus the realism that there are numerous successful managers/coaches in the championship who are in their 30's, would not this be a great opportunity to wipe the slate clean by bringing in Phil Jones as manager with his own coaching staff and implementing tactics that the younger players adhere to?
