That doesn’t matter.. Phillips has played for England before so he’s automatically the best option we have.. (ignoring he’s been laughably shit for three years including a spell with us, where everyone watched the same thing as each other, yet some see how poor he is, and other think he’s the second coming of Pirlo.)

Souttar is one id probably take the chance on, has shown he’s a superior option save for the injury he got, he’s probably the best defender in the league at doing the basics.
