Old news now that he's at Port Vale and stuff so it's highly likely that we will be up against him again this season but I just wondered what everybody thought of his ability these days? It was rumoured a couple of times over the last couple of years that were interested in him and stuff but I personally am glad he hasn't returned.

I watched brown for Leeds a couple of times last season on the box and stuff and to be honest I wouldn't recognise him not in comparison to when he was in his prime at our place. He isn't a shadow on the player he was and if anything his former ability has replaced with a bit of physicalness. Some of the tackles he made last year could have been seen as a bit thuggish in all fairness, whether the intent was there or not I don't know.

Would I have liked him back at the lane now? No

Do I think he would fit into our team now and replace anyone? No

Am I bothered that he's at Port Vale? No

Do I fear him against us this season? No

Nope I downloaded an app to introduce my e mail entering it's box. The stupid thing gave me something that sounded just like John Denver. I wanted the genuine GCB but, I must be the only thick twat who cannot get it on my I pad to introduce new messages. May be it is blocked at the Ethernet border. Even worse, my $24 phone is stuck away in a drawer. un charged and un used. I hated it when I had the ball and chain of a phone round my neck. Always at the beck and call; of any numpty who interrupted my work pattern. Guess it is a generation thing but I would like the GCB on my I pad,

He'd lost it by the time he played for Fulham against us in the Prem, never got a kick that day, our most comfortable victory of the season.
