The last two seasons have been a wake up call for me.They're not going to sack him so you just have to hope he's still got something left in him. Having Wilder in charge to navigate the team as you restructure the club is a sound idea. He'll very likely keep us up next season. Pretending everything is alright and he will sort it is doomed to fail
I worry that the only way anything changes is if we go down to be honest. The club needs a wake up call

Alarm bells are still ringing but the current decision makers,seemingly, have their fingers in their ears.
