I'm going to hazard a guess and say because he's not involved in our squad wilder has probably told him not to travel and so he's had the day off, and as he is from the greater Manchester area and played over 300 games for Burnley he knows one or 2 people there and has an affinity with the club, his kids may even be Burnley fans

I really hope for their sakes that his kids aren't Burnley fans. Thankfully, Mee seems like an intelligent chap so they should have avoided that awful fate.

Hopefully the club have already started the process of letting players know they’re no longer required after this season. If he’s not in the squad I’ve no issue with him doing other stuff or finding himself another deal.

I think it’s clear Mee is looking to retire. I still think he’s a useful option though.

Would rather we treated the last however many games as a trial for some players futures and have an eye on next season.

Not really, he helped steady the ship when we were struggling and he put in some decent performances.

Strongly agree with this. Good to get minutes for Matos, Chong, McGuinness, Marsh, Blacker, Sasnaukas etc… to stake a claim for a place next season.

Can’t imagine any of the lads out on loan (Baptiste, Buyabu, Curtis) will be near the team next year.

Chong and Matos are the sort of players that either newly promoted or relegated to L1 clubs often look at, where you're looking for a potential bargain who might not cost too much.

Maybe someone like Oxford (if they go down), Lincoln, Cardiff and potentially Bolton.

Id only be happy to see this if, when we lose 2 or 3 nil, the fans don't get on the players, Wilder's or the board's back.

Most won't, a good few will, you can't do right no matter you do in football
