Was chatting last night with some colleagues from Kazakhstan, from my time there and recent winters, it seems that the really cold weather is coming later in the winter now compared to previous years. So its good that you're getting the colder temps there already

I know it may sound strange, but being a man of a certain age and body shape - i now prefer to wear Bathing Costumes with half girdle tuck ins when out in the sun for long periods . Looking fit and attractive is no longer a motivating factor for me .

It's quite nice in a way, especially at this time of year, but I have never liked it too warm.

I was in Graves Park earlier and it was spectacular. Against the greenery, we had deep blue skies, with a lush wind and a low sun which seemed even brighter than usual. It felt really elemental and invigorating.
