I’m not sure I’m getting what’s going on genuinely. Why are they allowed to bring players in at all when they owe so much money out they can’t repay?

Who’s paying for these loans, the wages and accommodation? The parent clubs?

What’s all the sudden worry about players welfare as well? It seems to me it’s all about their own squad and youngsters being shot and they just need better players.
