Whos captain? Tanganga is named as captain ! he is not captain material.
But who is?

i agree on tanganga finlay hes definetly not captain material and think his game has suffered because of this responsibility i think ben mee would be an excellent captain once hes fully fit

Where are all the good captains? Billy was the last decent one and all the successful teams have one.

Great post OP, it provides insight into what we have been seeing. Football intelligence and in game adjustments are a weak point.
The football intelligence isnt an easy fix as we are lacking leaders in midfield.

Lacking leaders ?
Never mind that , we are lacking intelligence.
If there was a test for "football IQ" we would be bottom of the league.

Look how Wall have done since dumping Tanganga !

Sometimes stats don't tell the whole story. This is not the case. The stats nail the story. If only those that can fix this problem, well fix this problem. This kind of makes the case that Wilder is not all that. Maybe January will see a turnover of players and solve the "conundrum".
Either way this season is not going to have a promotion. Hopefully planning for a successful next season.
