Sitting minding my own business today at the old man's in Derbyshire reading the Calver Milennium Commemorative Village Brochure- within which a picture of an old cricket team and sitting in the back row in whites a bloke with a tash looking very like that well known no 9 Brian Joicey.

The blurb online says he lived in Dronfield not far away--was it him?

The nightmare returns. OMG. I am sure the guy washing cars out Middlewood way
Some years ago looked like him too.

John Hurt made up as the elephant man was a dead ringer for `im an` all.

The last time I saw him he was working for Honda at woodseats. Actually, a nice guy despite his misguided choice of clubs

Yes, he did live in Dronfield (still lives there I think). His playing career ended (at Barnsley, I think) with a minor stroke but he made a good recovery

He did have the small car sales place next to Winn Gardens and opposite the petrol station, think it is now a carpet and flooring place

Used to play at Barnsley, and yes he did have a stroke, at the age of 29 I think. Nice to hear he's ok
