I agree in with what he is saying here but personally you are penalising the attacking team. Suarez at the 2010 World Cup got sent off and the penalty kick was saved, ultimately the attacking team is penalised. I think the law should be changed, if there is a deliberate handball in the 6 yard box or the player is the 2nd to last man in the penalty area. Rather than a penalty being given and a red card, it should be a “penalty goal” awarded to the attacking team and a yellow card to the person who hand balled it.

Not sure what they were watching. We played some really tidy football tonight, scored 3 goals and should have had more. I'll agree they were absolutely fucking woeful but you can only beat what's in front of you. Don't even think the sending off had that big an impact as they were set up to get everyone behind the ball before that.

Reminded me of us a few games back, one up front, gifting goals and looking a right fucking rag bag. Respect for travelling all that way but not sure why you would if you haven't got a fucking clue what you're looking at.

Don't mind Pompey. I thought it was the best atmosphere from home fans I experienced last season, away at Fratton Park. That's a long, miserable journey back. Proper club. And we always beat them at the Lane.
