Another pig
Pretty sure the posters got a few things right previously? Could be mistaken though. Can also see what he’s saying about the board be true. I’d be surprised if they’re not shit their pants and are looking for a way out.

The Seriki thing is also probably true.. it’s pretty clear from comments from Wilder that he’s not been selected for a reason.

Hopefully true but they need to realise they're going to have to take a massive hit on their investment. They've halved the value of the club since they bought it
They seem a bit deluded.

Massive hit more like.

Same guys who stated their aim was still promotion after their pick accrued zero points from the first six.

That statement alone showed how deluded they are.

The position had already removed automatic promotion as an option. The abject recruitment removed the chance of the Play Offs.

A handful of folk on here could have done a better job.

C.O.H have had enough and are wanting out, no investment interest in the U.S has been found.. they have asked Prince Adullah to put feelers out in the Middle East for a potential buyer. They are prepared to take a minor hit on their investment before the value of the club drops off a cliff.

Seriki is absolutely out in the cold.. made sarcastic comments about the training methods and then gave Wilder a mouthful back when he was given a dressing down for showing lack of effort in training. Expect him to be gone in January
Couldn't be more made up 🤷

Seems fairly clear that summat has gone off with Seriki. I can well believe that COH are unhappy that their hoped for Premier League investment is more likely to become a third tier one. I'll give this a solid 8 on the believe-ometer.

We're still a good investment at the right price. Squad needs some propping up but on a sound footing for the most part. Certainly better than some other clubs out there touting for investment...
I don't think we are. In the summer we've bloated the squad with poor players on 3-4 year contracts who we are now stuck with.

Hamer and, if he comes back to anything like he was, Arblaster will be out next and we'll replace them with inferior players.

Premier league in 3 of last 6 years and we've blown it all away via constant miss management.

There's only one way we're heading. If we're lucky, we'll become a Norwich/West Brom for the next few years. Then the inevitable.

I think he got the Arblaster set back right and maybe Selles getting the boot before it happened.. but these could have been lucky guesses.. and he’s got stuff wrong as well … since this thread was posted I have been assured Seriki having a bust up over training is bollocks, and he’s out for other reasons.

No smoke without fire 🔥

Time for someone to speak Mr.Darren, on twitter, to see if his friend is checking on investment for us.

I never trust these low volume accounts with their 'news'.

Regardless, if the club was bought for 105m with a 66% of promotion and some saleable assets.

Now you look at the facts:
  • All but guarenteed not to be in the Prem next season
  • Chance of League 1
  • Sold the best assets
  • Holding literally no players of value (maybe 10m for Hamer and 20m for the rest of the group at the moment)

I would say that could quite easily drop our value by half. Add some 'Goodwill' onto the purchase and I think £65-£70m becomes a fair value.

£35m investment loss in a year. Not bad these Americans.

Is your name Symon?

When you say they have had enough, you make it sound as though COH have had absolutely nothing to do with what’s happened, it’s just all conspired against them, they’ve been duped. In reality, their lack of understanding of the football business has been their undoing.

At the other side of the city, billionaires are queuing up to get their hands on W*dnesday, but nobody’s interested in us? I find that hard to believe, they need to look a bit harder. As for being prepared to take a minor hit, what does that mean in money terms? If they sold the club today, chances are they’d have lost a bit more than a minor amount and if I were one of their investors, I’d be deeply unhappy about throwing in the towel so soon.

Falling out with your only right back is poor management.
Fell out with some, ostracised a bunch more and basically told everyone they’re leaving in Jan - many of them young players who were trying to find their feet in a shitshow of a side. Not really a great motivation tool when we need to call on some of those players because his favourites are underperforming.

Sell with PA retaining a minor stake equivalent to the deferred payment (or less)? Ideally he could bring in some Middle East investment but as stated he’s probably canvassed anyone worthwhile.
The prince is a crafty operator and it wouldnt surprise me if he has investment lined up.They screwed up from the off ! Bring back the prince
Americans got there fingers burnt and it will cost them a packet whether they stay or go ! No promotion this season and they see big losses looming .
The businessers they run arnt anything like a football club.
I reckon the prince could buy at 50 million ! COH take the loss and run.

“i have no idea” is probably the most truthful post El Acounto has ever made
He isnt going to blurt it out on here if he knows anything is he! Would probably be breaking a confidence if he did.
Dont know about the Seriki rumour but if true he should just get on with trying to break into the first team, players do have rows with coaches just like players can have rows with each other.

That wouldnt surprise me either, very good shout. Buy it back at a lesser value, with more money in hand to do what he been doing before but be more comfortable with some other co-owner hes tight with.

He seems to be keeping close to it & to Bettis. You'd think hed be all over it if we are relegated.

It would certainly be an audacious move.
