I have no idea if COH want out but the PA element of the story sounds like filler, for the reason you’ve stated.

Sell with PA retaining a minor stake equivalent to the deferred payment (or less)? Ideally he could bring in some Middle East investment but as stated he’s probably canvassed anyone worthwhile.

I can believe the bit about Femi, it was obvious in the video the club posted he and Brooks weren’t impressed by Wilder’s returned. Understandably for Femi seen as Wilder’s signed about 15 right backs and ended up playing a midfielder there while Seriki has been pushing to start.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the consortium are looking for additional funding rounds, this is fairly normal for private equity.

I'd heard that the Prince has been following things and kept in contact with the club.

Not to say that he's coming back, thats a whole different ball game to keeping comms up

No I think he confirmed that no other manager was interviewed. Selles was recommended, interviewed and appointed without other managers being interviewed
