It would make things easier for Selles to pick between him and O'Hare and might save us from Peck's attempts to be a defensive midfielder.

Its just clickbate journalism. No reputable outlet has actually given this any time of day. It is currently BS. Until I see the lad from Sky saying its a possibility I dont believe a word. X is full of wankers just wanting to get some attention. Look who it is owned by

How do you know that he profited from his breaking on GB2 passing ? Not all you tube video releases are monetised . Jimmy Smith aka Jimmy Ramble doesn’t deserve all this hatred and calling him out on this site and it’s even worse on twitter the last few days . It is bullying no matter what way you want to dress it up . He’s a blade , your a blade and it’s mostly blades on this site and we are meant to be behind our team and each other , yes we all have difference of opinions about the team , the manager and the ownership but to focus on one individual Jimmy Ramble is cowardly and pathetic .

Apparently the only transfer news of ours that has ended up on Sky is Solomon (a mate mentioned he'd seen it earlier this afternoon) linked with us and Leicester, all the other stuff has just been on X.

And therefore until I see it on that site, I take it all with a pinch of salt. Would it surprise me if Hamer left, no, look whose gone and look at our past record. Solomon would be a good addition but only if we keep Hamer.
 
Can someone tell me why it's a good plan to let him go right now with 2 years left on his deal. If that fee isn't so high. Needs to get well over 20m for it to be worthwhile.

Not saying he's worth that but he's such a big player for us. Why scrimp.

I'm confused at the people who bat for someone they don't know. Talk like it's a mate down the pub. Laughable really. Maybe want to get noticed by them. And profit has more than one meaning.

So with the Baldock thing - Youtubers are paid more if they get more views. Immediately going live is monetisation.

As I said at the time, if he publicly said he wanted to donate what he got from it, then fine. If he did a charity stream to raise funds, that's fine - but we all know he didn't.

Some have said that his value will drop next season end, as he will only have a year left on his contract.

If he decides to run it down (like several players have and will continue to do), then he leaves for free and supporters moan the club didn't get any money for him.

Some have also commented a possible loan fee now (to aid cash flow) and then a guaranteed 17mill (ish) next close season, could help when we lose parachute money (19/20 mill transfer fee in total).

We know football is all finance now, so financially I guess it makes sense as the chance of promotion this season is very slim.

Football wise, he could turn a game in a second with some brilliance, but his body language hasn't been good this season (not suprising with results and performances), so it could be that we sell Gus as we'll get more for him and keep OHare who probably suits the fitness high press football we were promised, better.

I'm not saying its a good thing to sell Gus though, but i can see financial reasons why they will be tempted and wether we like it or not, watching the books is massive now.

Unfortunately, not getting promoted last season was a big miss as i think there could be a chance a couple of the promoted clubs may stay up, as some of the premier league clubs look to be selling quite a lot and re-setting eg Wolves/Brentford.

I agree with this sentiment completely. He’s actively going out of his way to profiteer off of our club, and by proxy putting himself out there for criticism. You want to be a public figure around a very public enterprise then you have to able to take the unavoidable backlash that comes with that.

To use a cliche:

He can’t have his fucking cake and eat it.

And that's the difference between him and us. To claim you're a fan and then charge your fellow Dan for information about their own club is a look. Information from magical sources and not just stolen of someone in Twitter, obviously. And obviously always right.

I really hate YouTubers/Influencers/Content Creators etc who claim to be fans of football clubs but are primarily all about their 'brands' and talking about themselves, using the clubs to make money.
