Bringing Selles in wasn't an inherently bad/wrong decision.

Hiring a manager to employ a different style of football from the prior season, then not giving said manager players to help do so, is the problem.

The sad reality is that a manager is drastically more simple to replace than a squad, so even if appointing Selles was the right decision to start with, he's the one on the chopping block if the players don't deliver.

The fact that we're having to field JLT, who definitely wants to leave, and Peck, who's performances so far have been so shite that he doesn't seem to want to be here either, is a fucking disgrace.

Selles is being hung out to dry by the lazy pricks who are meant to be getting players in the door. That problem stays the same regardless of who the manager is.
