CBs should have been priority positions given Anel could leave and Robinson is crap. Bindon on loan was never going to be enough . Sort it out, new owners.

CBs should have been the priority since Souttar got injured and all we've done is bring one loanee in who never got a game and another 19 year old loanee in who is now injured. It wil be gross incompetence if we go into the start of the season without proper centre backs or relying on RND and Dovy.

On one hand, £7mill is a good fee for someone in the last year of contract. Especially having brought him for what, 2 mill?

However, it NEEDS to be reinvested into 2 CB's, that are not only good for this level, but could surprise at Prem level - if that's their ambition.

Selling to Southampton, as a promotion rival is also the issue. Nor, is it not like they've an issue depth-wise in this position. They could play this season with Bella-Kotchap, Ronnie Edwards, Nathan Woods & Harwood-Bellis etc...

But, if we could get one of those four?
