I hate forest

I think they'll probably be 13th or 14th at Christmas as they won't score as many goals as they did last season and their squad will be stretched thin by playing in 4 competitions next season. Marinakis will sack Nuno and probably throw him off a boat in the middle of the Mediterranean as punishment.
A La Robert Maxwell

Just to say. I don't like it from a sporting context. I think palace deserve it and we didn't do enough to merit it in terms of league form.

I do find it quite amusing that forest are painted as bad guys here though

Forest break psr rules and docked 4 points so... Forest are cunts.

Forest follow the rules on multi club owners in Europe, CP don't so... Forest are cunts.

You aren't following the rules though, are you. If a proper blind trust existed, your waney owner would have no more say on team selection than me. So how come he gets to go on the pitch and berate your manager?

It's a complete sham. You know it, we know it and the PL know it, but nobody wants to upset the (rotten( applecart.

I don't know Coco and not sure I give a shit any more. Football isn't football really is it.

Our lack of form at the end of the season means that the blind trust point is now moot by the way.

I do agree with blind trusts not substantially changing anything. It is a technical solution for uefa but one that CP foolishly missed clearing off. And that is nothing to do with forest.

You are the scabby boil on the arse hole of football

Thanks for your honesty.

Normally you are bang at it, as top Forest defender, so I assume you are actually ackowledging that the blind trust is a farce. You have been lucky with the whole Palce debacle and it is no surprise that you have added another club to the list of those that hate you.

Carry on scabbing.

I've corrected some inaccuracies sure.

I'm not quite sure what I am acknowledging. The blind trust as a concept is a farce? Or that forest being in one is a farce?

IF it's about us, what does it matter really? It is of no consequence as it turns out so my opinion on the matter is irrelevant.

More generally, it is a tricky thing for football authorities to sort out and I'm not sure a blind trust thing is the answer.

Under the prince, weren't you part of some multi club business?

Drug dealing
Smuggling
Corruption
Cheating
And now Grassing

Just saw that interview MGW did with the owner next to him. Was utterly bizarre. The way he thanked Marinakis for his "support" had "please release my wife and children now, I did what you asked of me" vibes.

A blind trust is most obviously used to avoid tax, with the donor having absolutely no influence on the running of the trust, nor the outcome.

I haven't seen one in football before, but for it to work, your owner would have to be completely hands off. No talking to Nuno, sitting in the comfy seats, or quaffing Ouzo in the directors' lounge. Your guy can't accept these conditions, hence my comment that your arrangement is a complete farce.

The Prince owned a couple of other clubs (branded laughingly as 'United World', but as we never got anywhere near European competition, there were no conflicts of interest. I hope that was a genuine enquiry and not a pathetic attempt to suggest that everyone is at it.

BTW, I went to school in a South Yorkshire pit village. None of my family went down the pit, but I grew up with plenty who did. You scabbed in the 80s, just as you did in the 20s. HTH.

I've heard it's against a Sheffield Wednesday 11...10....9....

Yeah genuine enquiry. So has all that gone with your new ownership?

In a sliding doors world you could've been untangling central coast mariners, Chengdu blades and ferencvaros(?) MCO at the club world cup. Not sure KMc would've been charging onto the pitch down beautiful downtown Chengdu lane though.

We thought he was great little player, improved a lot since. Would certainly have him back
With MGW signing a new contract, there is less desperate need for someone like JM, but if it was a good price, I'd like to sign him.

Was he just unable to effect enough quality from his teammates last time you were in the prem? That is something MGW has always been so good at. Grabbing a game by the scruff.

I've not summoned up enough enthusiasm to watch it. I tend to find MGWs interviews a bit cringe anyway.

You do find that a lot of players refer to him in a positive light which is interesting (as if they are reminded by the media team to say it) but in truth he has made it all happen.

Him being on the video is basically a fuck you to Levy and the rest. He obviously has a large ego but he has backed it up in terms of putting us in the place we are now.

I saw rumours that Forest basically blackmailed him into a contract extension because they found out it was him who leaked the buyout clause and they threatened to sue him over it.
Might be BS, but it's a bit odd that he's apparently fine with staying there all of a sudden.

I'd forgotten about McCabe's early efforts. Bothe Ferenchvaros (Hungary) and Chengdu (China), were linked to possible property deals IIRC. Nothing much happened with the latter (although they briefly incorporated our badge into theirs), but we did loan a couple of young players to the former, including Matt Lowton.

McCabe has many who distrusted his motives, but he grew up by Bramall Lane and was a self made man. As far as I know, none of his fortune was made by strike breaking, or doing the dirty on his fellow workers. HTH.

At the time he wasn't strong enough but I think now he has bulked up a bit and a few years older he will definitely be good enough . Nothing like mgw though
