Since the 1970 - 1973 Currie/Woody home shirt, this is the best home shirt since then. It's about time we stopped messing about with the stripes so really looking forward to the new one being launched later today.

I loved that one too, I had a silk scarf with the stripes on (complete with the space invader badges), it also had a weird half knife half footballer hybrid in a United kit on it!

It will have been a "Junior Blades" scarf we got free when joining up. Bertie Blade was your mystery man.

Home shirt looks like a mash up of 22/23 and 23/24 shirts. Was hoping for something a bit different.

Away is smart but I always think gold trim should be reserved for when you’ve won something or centenary kits etc.
