That's not what Selles said. He said they're focusing on loans and free agents but there's money to spend when they need it. In other words they will spend it when they feel the need to if no other suitable player for that position is available on loan or for free. It doesn't rule us out for Kosznovsky, but then we've got no confirmation that we were ever in for him in the first place.
