Newcastle in talks with Burnley over goalkeeper. Could this be the end of Cooper for us
 
It seems that this is the usual way that Moyes (The 🐍) conducts his business, the last time he cast his net here, I think that "Hey Seth, No Bigger Blade Than Me" fell for the 'Find the Lady' trick.

I think this is the problem any of our players will have if they leave is clubs giving us value. Burnley Leeds are probably the only ones needing a first choice keeper and they are not going to give us what we want. Another good season will work out for both sides.

Probably the only team that might want Hamer for close to what we want is Everton. Not sure who else he fits into. Playing for Selles this year and actually being fit woild also suit him. Anel I would take 10-15 and literally he woild pay for 3 players. 5 loans and we are ready to go

We aren't going to get much more than £5m for Anel with only 12 months left on his contract.

Wouldn't surprise me if we just let him run his contract down now.

I think the only way we get decent value for Anel is if a top continental team comes in for him. His last season in the PL was enough to put PL sides off him as he didnt really have the physicality to live with the top strikers.

As you say we may take a gamble and say hes worth more to our PL push than we can raise in a fee.

Haha fair - we did have Arsenal's pants down with that one.
Perhaps a better comparison will be how much Trafford goes to Newcastle for. Cooper's value is likely to be 60-70% of that, very much limited by Utd being a Champ club and him having no Prem (or equivalent top flight) experience.
It would be a big call for a side to plump for him as their first choice - possibly why potential suitors appear to be looking elsewhere.
