The team from League One that took approximately 34,000 fans to Wembley is Sheffield United. They were playing in the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final against Sunderland on Saturday, May 24, 2025, a few days after the current date. While the question asks about a League One team, Sheffield United played in the Championship Play-Off Final.

There it is we took 34k,gunna ask now who won!! Anyone want to know now?

I have similar feelings. At the start of the season I wasn't especially interested in going back to the Premier league because I don't think any Championship team can truly compete - I was happy to be competitive in the Championship but if we failed at the final hurdle, so be it. Of course now we're in that position I want us to win but if we fail we've had a good crack at it.
Back to being competitive, I'll be interested to see how Forest perform next year - they've done well so far but I wonder whether it's sustainable?
As bizarre as this may sound I think it's on how others do more than them. Man United and Spurs have had shocking league seasons and they won't want to replicate that again but the like of Brighton and Bournemouth go about their business nicely, gradually getting better. Even Fulham and Palace are outside of "traditional" finishes

No I believe all sold out and getting out of Wembley killed me at Hull semi, taking my son and 81 year old Dad (the daft sod) so driving down... hopefully celebrating when back 🙏🙏
Never doing coach to Wembley again. Horrendous getting out of coach park. Nigh on 2 hours IIRC.
