Horses for courses, and rather than make judgements before he's even slipped on a sock, let's give the fella a chance. If he's a poor signing then it's not permanent, if, however, he adds to what we have, Billy's a bonus.

As with most things. everything's relative in football. It's why Huddersfield have spent heavily on Wells from Bradford. I doubt whether he'd have considered another Division one side, so that's what we have to look forward to when we get in the Championship, a better quality of player to choose from. How does anyone on here think Wendy got Wickham or Fryatt on Loan? UTB

It rather depends what's on his computer. He's a popular public figure and that would serve him well [remember Ken Dodd and Harry Redknapp] if it were just some historical fiddling. The images might be damning though and thus support the assault complaints.

He's been a great entertainer down the years and is now a broken man. I hope he is not guilty but I know nothing of the specific evidence.
