Thanks Roy. Reading these I'm actually quite liking them as I saw more and more despondency creeping in.

Cheers Roy. I know we should absolutley muller them, but nothing is a cert in football. An early sending off for us will flip the game on it's head.

Having said that, I still expect us to win by a 3+ goal margin.

What my Swansea supporting mate (he used to live in Plymouth) told me this week "Interesting that we’ve been told Rooney is actually not getting a wage at Plymouth. However, if he is to be sacked in the first two seasons Plymouth have to pay a couple of million compo."

True?

Only debate in my mind is whether we go for 8 man defence option as at Leeds

Are they going for the 'Wendy' 0-0 victory with shirts into the crowd at full time, if so I might not go.

Cheers Roy.

Coupon buster written all over it this

Plymouth have two points away all season and have scored three and conceded 27 in ten.

We have a keeper than has never picked the ball out of his net at Bramall Lane and have taken 25/27 points available at home.
If we lose this we should be tarred and feathered and paraded at the town hall

Replace Plymouth with United and that could've been copied and pasted from this board last season before any of our games.

4-0 - this team doesn't fuck about

After reading that, deffo shock result incoming 🙈

That’s one of the most bonkers proposals I’ve ever heard. :)

We've only scored more than 2 in maybe 1 or 2 games? Nothing suggests we'll smash them but this should be a comfortable win for us.

Agree with the comments about Cooper though, very likely and if I'm honest I'd find it a little funny (as long as we won) that record has to go at some point but I love how long it's been going.

I don't like the comments, honestly it sounds like they're playing Arsenal tomorrow, not United.

I believe we've only scored more than two once, against Oxford.

Interestingly (to me at least), we've failed to win on three occasions when we've scored twice - at home to QPR, away at Coventry and West Brom, but we've won every game, I think, where we've only scored once, save the 1-1 draw at Norwich.

Bringing a thousand fans eh, that is a splendid turn out from the green army after the shit they have been served up this season. I hope the have a great day out in the city centre with plenty of Sheffield ale before the game because by all accounts that should be all they get. Still we have to be at or else.

Got to feel for their fans, who is the fuckwit of an owner who thought it was a good idea to hire Wayne fucking Rooney Jesus Wept.

That will be a very big ask to pay Rooney £2m when they have dropped to League two

Ultimate coupon buster then 😂

Cheers Roy!!

I think a minutes applause on 1 minute, is the least we can give the Plymouth fans as a thankyou for Cooper!
Hes a fantastic keeper, and he's added £20m to his purchase price in only a few months, thanks Plymouth 👍

As for the game, I'm not predicting, just hope we get the 3 points, a clean sheet would be lovely and a few goals a bonus, but I'll take a 1-0 win now.

COYRAWW!!

Like this one..

None.

Style of play:

Aggressive.”

“We should refuse to take the field and let Sheffield United be awarded a 3-0 win by default. That’s likely to be a better result than we actually get if we play the game.”

…and also this:

“Bramall Lane is a fantastic ground and Sheffield is a great city for an away day. I imagine it’ll be a good day out apart from the bit between 3pm and 5pm. Hats off to everyone who’s travelling.
Sheffield United 0-1 Argyle – a richly undeserved smash-and-grab for the ages.”

Bramall Lane is a fantastic ground for away supporters. 15 minute walk from the train station and on the edge of the city centre with all that it offers. Great ground and sometimes a great atmosphere. No wonder we’re rated so highly by visiting fans.

Thanks Roy.

Thanks Roy.

Well, not withstanding the Football Gods will have heard all that & are rubbing their hands together & coming up with something special for us, some pretty good gallows humour from them. I hope we show that they were right.

Bit of a soft spot for Plymouth (uncle used to play for them), but hope we continue our form and smash a couple past em to improve the goal difference.

Saying that, he also played for the pigs so he can get fooked :D

Hoe, Hoe, Hoe!

Well it's nearly that time of year 🎅

For reasons unknown, I'm nervous about this fixture. Let's hope the soothsayers are correct!
