Unorthodox team selection from myself but one that allows Hamer to play more centrally whilst still including O'hare

A back 3 with no wingbacks? I'll go same defense with Burrows on the left. He'll probably start Brooks on right and Hamer on left again let's be honest. And JRS on after 70 minutes depending on score.

Yeah more than likely.

I honestly think the above formation would actually work better than some might imagine in home fixtures against the middling teams where we dominate the ball... Watford probably not the right game to try it in tho

Posted this elsewhere but for fun I’m suggesting dropping Moore and playing O’Hare as a false 9. I guess it’s a 433

Someone suggested playing Souza as a ball playing defender and while I dont think he could do that outright, I do think he could act as a good defensive screen in from of 3 defenders without it affecting our defensive capabilities whilse also allowing us to have more bodies higher up the pitch.

I don’t really see how it’s anything other than this (injury dependant) we don’t have another fit left side centre half?

Midfield:

We don’t have a sitting midfielder that would be able to kick Blaster and Souza out (quite a hard task in itself). Peck isn’t pushing for a starting role what so ever.

Attacking:

There’s an argument for Brooks or Rak Sayki. But Brooks has looked very good. There’s no real competition for O’Hare or Hamer so they will always start.

Moore will start as he’s better than Brewster and the youth players.

I think our team is as easy to predict as it’s ever been!

We are not man city and we don't have pep as manager we'd get mullered playing that formation.

Someone suggested playing Souza as a ball playing defender and while I dont think he could do that outright, I do think he could act as a good defensive screen in from of 3 defenders without it affecting our defensive capabilities whilse also allowing us to have more bodies higher up the pitch.

I like Vinni, but putting him anywhere near the last line of defence and it could be a disaster.

His speed of thought isn't the quickest and he would get skinned constantly with a quick attack minded opposition.

In midfield he can lose possession and it isn't fatal.

Same as it’s been for all the other games so far, perhaps with Souttar alongside Anel.

Hoping Anel has got used to the idea he’s not leaving just yet, put his pet lip back in and going to get back on with playing football considerably better and with more interest than he has for the last 12 months.

It’s a real shame nobody wanted to buy him.

I wouldn’t be playing RND for a while, particularly against sides like Watford, after his performance at Barnsley. Looked exposed and Barnsley targeted him, so he needs to be a back up at best or play against shit sides

Think it will be 4-2-3-1 formation hes used all season so from my observations
Goalie - Cooper
Back 4 - Femi has looked better than Gilchris but think he will go with Gilchris
Anel and Soutter in the middle , Burrows has looked poor defensively and ive not seen enough of mccallum, so burrows
2 holding - souza and blaster , would bring hamer into the roll later in the game to get more attacking options on.
3 attacking - Brooks v jes , id go with brooks, jes to come on with 30 mins to go- ohare - hamer, id move him back for souza/ blaster to get cambell on with 30 mins to go
Striker - moore to be replaced with 30 mins to go by brewster

We should have enough to get through to January but we need to manage players better, use the 5 subs and get changes made earlier. Be proactive

Maybe not this game but I actually quite like the idea of Campbell up front, supported by JRS and/or Brooks might push us further up the pitch quicker.

I like Moore but feel like we get a bit stuck with quite a bit of pace but not down the middle channel

I can understand not playing a right footer on the left of a three or at left back /left wing back
You'd be totally unbalanced in possession but in a centre back pairing in the middle of a three I can't see what difference it makes

Might even make anel think about his positioning a bit more and stopping him being so slow to react to players sneaking down the sides of him
