Not sure I could stand the frustration of watching another player like this. Quick but clueless.

He's much better than Burke. I don't think Burke even had a highlight reel.

I’d like us to sign him as a project to improve him and if that’s the thoughts of the fans then presumably they wouldn’t be expecting a big fee. If they do then good luck to them doing it given he’s out of contract next May.

I'm not convinced by those stats. Haven't looked at any footage of him specifically, but did notice in stuff I saw of Burrows, that he wasted some opportunities that were on a plate. A 50% underperformance on xG is concerning, and he doesn't have many assists to compensate for that. So it'd be a no for me.

That said, if we signed him and he did well, I'd happily chow down on some humble pie.

Yeah fair enough. I'm honestly trying to remember if I've seen him play live in flesh or TV. Just very keen for a fast striker option (which are hard to come by... and literally why we gambled on Oli Burke!).

It would be a refreshing change. Even though Burke was very poor at football, his pace terrified defences and created other opportunities when used effectively.
One man’s man of the match is another’s donkey, so ability can be very much open to opinion. (See Oli McBurnie)
I saw RJJ a couple of times and thought he looked decent, if a little lacking in end product.

Joking aside he’s 6ft tall and extremely fast. To me that gives him a ceiling of PL level as athleticism is the raw material you need.

Of course Ollie Burke had that, but that can’t deter you from prospects like this!

After Andy Campbell and Ollie Burke my instinct is a pass on this one. Speed isn’t everything, he’s only 1.6sec slower than Bolt over 100m but as we’ve seen Bolt can’t play footy to save his life.

If he comes in Shirley it’s as backup / development. Top clubs have checked and passed so if we do sign him it’s got to be a realistic fee

JRS seems like a dribbler, Brooks is a bit similar and neither Slimane, Hamer or O'Hare are the types to offer a threat in behind. They can run at players, but won't (often) run onto through balls.

So we have Campbell to give us that, assuming One is not considered ready/off on loan. Another pacey option may be useful.

He's fast, but that's about where it ends.
Their fans don't rate him and he's not a nailed down starter. It would be a really disappointing signing
