A bit of a story. I won't name names but work with someone who used to run a chauffeur company. He used to pick up and drop off players on match days. Told me that one time he had to pick up a player short notice as they had a flat tyre. He was early and offered to change their tyre as a favour, no payment. The player called their agent to ask if it was OK and the agent said no. The player was in their late 20's. Just an example of how much influence these agents potentially have on players

Agents have a duty of care to protect their players.
As for players being honoured to play for us, look to last season. " I'm going to play for Sheffield United", non Blade mate replies laughing.
Chris Wilder has done sterling work selling the club to our new players under the circumstances.
