At 30yo and on the back of 35 PL starts, I'd say he's guaranteed to start.

Billy was at the tail end of his career in his previous season with us

Like others have said, seems like such a Sheffield United player and hope we do go in for him once loan expires even if it means Souttar has to force the move.
