Grbic to replace Rooney - now that`s got legs (if no arms)I hope you asked him to recommend Grbic to Rooney as a replacement.
Go Figure Wayne.
Sky sport saying we have signed him for £2 million. That’s enough confirmation for me.
His nan must be reyt a gilf

Seems like sour grapes
Does anyone else think that this means Grbic has a move away lined up?
That's it let's get some negativity in there for balance.Unless I've misread, we've agreed a fee.
Still needs to pass his medical.
Has he already spent his signing on fee as I can't believe a keeper who has hardly played championship football has that car
We've been on the other end of this too many times also. It's not a nice feeling so no gloating from me, but credit to Wilder, Bettis and PA for getting us a brilliant deal. Let's hope he gives us a good few years of service before moving on for £50m netting Argyle a further, deserved windfallIt's more than that....it's symbolic.
I have family in Plymouth, they've always been a small club with a poor history however it's quite large city with loads of potential.
Their fans have had little to shout about but they're so proud to have a local lad (Cooper) come through their Academy
and be in the EFL league 1 team of the year, basically he was voted best goalie in league 1 by the pros for 2022 and 2023.
Cooper was also voted by their fans as Plymouth player of year during 2022 and 2023.
So having such a prized asset is a symbol of being a bigger club and gives pride to their fans.
They all assumed that one day he would be sold to a Premier league club for 10 to 15 million,
giving them funds to bring in loads of other players and become an established mid table championship club.
So losing their prized asset for only 2 million is seen as an insult and brings home a touch of reality that size wise they are probably on a par with Rotherham United, natural level is league 1 with occasional stints in the championship and it will never change.
When you think we've sold Osula for £10 million + £5 million in add-ons, who wasn't even 1st choice, would have been mainly sub and never scored a single goal for us. Where as they've sold their best player in years for just £2 million. It doesn't seem unfair.

Easy to do on finance when you’re taking home over £100k a year. Could also be a lease as well. Or an endorsement deal with local dealershipHas he already spent his signing on fee as I can't believe a keeper who has hardly played championship football has that car
Signing tonight at 7:46, pitch side.
Special suprise guest appearances as well. We’ll not really, it’s Tony Currie.
