SkySports+ Looks a really good offering, and an all in one place for fans in the UK. Spreading awareness for those who haven't seen it

If you are persistent enough, you can get a really good deal for Sky Stream, which is just Sky without a dish and streams through the internet, you honestly can't tell the difference in quality between both and they also offer UHD.

I have no affiliation with Sky apart from being a customer, but if you want to get a good deal a good benchmark is: I currently pay £52 per month, I get the full entertainment package, sports package, movie package, netflix basic, paramount+ and discovery+ including UHD and you can have up to 6 boxes in one household at no extra cost (you pay a one off cost per box)

I ‘hear’ it’s £65 for a year for a dodgy subscription and I give Sky feck all.

We can look forward to Friday night games, Saturday lunch, Saturday night, Sunday lunch, Sunday night, all with 5-6 weeks notice of the changes. But god forbid they lift the sat 3pm blackout.

Be aware a recent update fucked up the Sky stream boxes and all the sound was a second or so behind peoples lips moving, it has never been fully cured so you have to fuck around on your TV settings to get lip sync with the picture, sometimes it's ok other times not so good whatever you do. Then there are the issues where the box just freezes and that's with everything wired to the router and not using wi-fi.

30-odd years on from the advent of SKY in football, I’m pleased to say that I still haven’t subscribed.

And, personally, I want to see less football rather than more. United will always be a pull - albeit more for the memories of what the club has meant to me through my life than for what it is now in the awfulness of the modern game - but I have next to no interest in other clubs.
