You understand the increase in these publicised risks is what has led to the current concussion guidelines, right?

Have you ever had a concussion? Or has anyone close to you?Nope. But when the responsibility falls on them, they'll go on the safe side every time. My opinion, if I'm allowed one, is that the overwhelming majority of the time, the player will be fine to return much sooner than 21 bloody days, and if not, it wouldn't need a mandatory 21 day absence to prevent him from playing again too soon, especially now risks associated with concussion are more publicised
I’d would explain a lot if he hadHave you ever had a concussion? Or has anyone close to you?
Is it always possible to know when it's a concussion? For what it's worth I've had quite heavy bangs on the head, similar to what players would be subbed for, continued on and felt fine, with no after effectsHave you ever had a concussion? Or has anyone close to you?
Disagrees on something = resorts to bitchiness. Bit patheticI’d would explain a lot if he had
If you’d had a concussion you & the people around you would certainly have known. It’s absolutely not something to be fucked around with. Players are certainly not subbed off for every bang on the head. They are, rightly, subbed off if they show signs of concussion and following that the protocols are in place for a very good reason. I’ve never heard anyone in the professional game complain about it, and it isn’t there just to piss you off.Is it always possible to know when it's a concussion? Maybe they should make it 28 days instead to piss off the bitter miserable old generation even more.21 days is about right for this snowflake generation
Pathetic
If they were subject to 21 day bans you might have heard complaints. But if the post above is right it seems 7 days will actually remain the usual maximum....If you’d had a concussion you & the people around you would certainly have known. It’s noticeable that the people who go on about “snowflakes” seem to get offended very easily.21 days is about right for this snowflake generation

The ball hit him from point blank, to the point I (and many others) heard the ball hit him from the opposite end of the ground.. if he’s not got concussion, he’s superman. How often is a 'concussion' a concussion? How often is it a precautionary substitution with the team doctor not wanting to be responsible for anything bad? How often do the players clearly not want to go off? From their point of view it is madly frustrating because these 'concussions' are rarely bad enough to justify a prolonged absence. With Osula, presumably we're without him at Preston now, with Moore our only real CF. And I bet he's completely fine. 21 days is an excessive shitty alternative to trusting players/team doctors not to take serious risks. A few days I could accept, but not 3 weeks. And who's to say they'll even stop at 3 weeks....

Alan Nixon reporting Newcastle are in for him, £10m fee mentioned.
I would’ve loved to see Osula get some minutes this season but I think we might use the loan slots on players that are a bit closer to being the finished article.Take the £10m with loads of add ons and loan back for next season
One isn’t Osula he’s a decent prospect but he doesn’t have the pace that Osula has you’d struggle to play One out wide with the same effectivenessWould also give one a clearer pathway to the squad

Kinell. Not undermining your opinion but I think that's the biggest call I've ever, ever seen on here. And when you think of some of the stuff posted on here that's pretty bloody big.If he stays injury free, there is a regular PL player in there. Maybe a £50m one.
