My Preston pal says he’s a decent player, he was played at LWB the majority of the season for them and felt unnatural. Seems like a typical Wilder signing to me, good player in there just need to get more out of him.

Be interesting to see if we playing him as a winger or a wing back.
 
He's two footed which helps his versatility but seems to have played on the left for most of his career and cuts in to shoot on his right. He can cross with his left foot too though.

Just read his favourite position is at number 9. LWB is a serious stretch. He seems an out and out attacking wide man to me.
 
Just popped up on my news feed we have agreed a deal for him after the Copa America to. Says reason he chose us over the others is the promise to play in the position he wants. Scored on debut for PNE and assisted first goal too last season. Sounds promising.

Id assume so, depends how long Canada last in the tournament.
 
Here are his positional stats from last season at Preston. Listed as Left Mid, but they played 3 at the back, so it is LWB in reality

For Basel the season before, he was more of a Left Midfielder as they play 4 at the back:

Here are his overall career stats. 95% of his CF appearances were for Liverpool reserves. As a professional, he's been used predominantly as a left sided player.

From his highlights vids he very much looks like he's a winger. Has all the attributes to play on the left of a three. Have to admit I don't know much about him though.

Can’t see this happening until ownership resolved. No money to spend on fees or wages. Think this is again a journalist filling social media for attention! We are completely skint at the moment & in a state of inertia. 7 weeks tomorrow til our first game!!!!!
 
I thought he was out of contract. He isn't. This would require a decent fee. United don't have any money

Sorry, I’m going to play my “horseshit” card on that. Who said we’d agreed a fee? Seems highly unlikely plus we couldn’t afford his wages. We can’t even afford to secure McBurnie currently.
Being realistic the best option I can see is if he doesn’t get a move then a loan with a view to perm if promoted in the summer.

Watched some of copa game and can't recall anything of note for millar. A spot of comedy defending and Messi missing a few sitters though.
