I was very keen for Jebbison to stay because he's an asset and I rate his potential.

But to be honest, he doesn't seem that arsed about us and I really want the rebuild to be an opportunity for us to reset the culture and get rid of anybody with that sort of attitude.
 

But then again, the likes of Egan and Mcburnie are also yet to commit.
Could it be that things are on hold until the takeover is complete, although god only knows why that should effect things

I still don’t get this excuse.

It is just a repeat of the reaso we start on -2.

We might be getting sold therefore let’s stop fulfilling our obligations.

When you’re in the process of selling your house, you don’t stop paying the gas and water bills.

If his career isn’t dreadfully hampered due to his last injury, we shouldn’t be hesitating to resign Egan for a couple of years or even three.

McBurnie has done it at the level below and started to grow in maturity. Appreciate injury can be a consideration for some.

So at minimum we need tp be retaining them.

If we get taken over, it’s still the Championship. It’s not as if Mitrovic is coming in to join us all of a sudden just because we have new owners.

The pool is quite limited. Unless we want to spend daft money, which I don’t agree with, then some deals make sense regardless of ownership.

Worrall is another one. We should be in for him regardless.

I had defended brewster in the past and jebbeson, but he's another one that needs to go as well, gave them all benefit of the doubt when we last got relegated to the championship. Neither of them did anything really since then.

I fully respect your opinion and understand what you are saying, but we know little of his illness, the causes nor what is happening now over his contract.
We cannot be sure therefore that he is ungrateful nor if he has any reason to be.

Well I do understand that point, but when I was ill my employer looked after me, and they gained my loyalty as a result, I suppose it's difficult to try and walk in a footballers shoes as to how they should approach things, and seeing as he may end up with a short career I also understand that financially he's needs to get the maximum possible.. it's his life..

If he doesnt accept the contract with us I'm fine, others may not be, but my comments are how I feel about the situation.. others have thier own views.. and that's ok with me..

the reason most people are wanting him to stay is the "potential" that he will be a brilliant player, but how long do we wait to see him realise this potential? If he re signs then is unavailable again next season, I'm certain some who wanted him to re sign might have a different opinion then..

The second time I've seen him kick a ball in a year was in a photo on Instagram..

Fuck knows why we're fannying around. We'll end up letting this kid walk then spunking another £2m on a Bennie Traore-esque gamble...

20 goals max between the first 4, McBurnie will need to get 15 of them at that as well.

Some of our best attacking football last season was when we played Archer up top on his own and had two of Brereton-Diaz, Osula or McAtee flanking him as support down the wings. We had pace and ran at teams, and this forward 3/2 and 1 stretched teams and gave Archer space. For the first time all season we had pace in our attacks as the triple prong was full of it.

We could so the same with either McBurnie/Brewster up top on their own, with Osula and Jebbo running down the flanks in support. I'm not saying we'd have pace with McBurnie but the overall attack would be quicker.

To make this effective you'd have to play a 4-2-3-1 which sounds negative but isn't. Tom Davies and Arblaster would be the 2 with Arblaster able to go box to box, and Jebbo, Osula and Hamer as the three behind McBurnie/Brewster. Either that or a hybrid 4-1-4-1 with the two wingers playing slightly ahead of the two central midfielders in an advanced position.

Obviously this would only get better with quality signings but the pace of Osula and Jebbo down the flanks would terrify teams and cause them problems, as well as stretching the defence apart, making space for McBurnie and Hamer or the other flanking player, even Arblaster if he got forward as a box to box midfielder.
 
Mcburnie & Jebbison can wait till last week of transfer window to decide their next move, if new owners come in, renegotiate with them or if nobody else wants them accept the offer on the table with us

That's a good point, if he's had blood related issues why the fuck is he getting covered in tatoos?

Osula apart that's an incredibly injury prone front line
 
Unfortunately Jebbo remains an unknown quantity , lots of promise and has the right physical attributes . We've just not seen enough of him to judge which isn't his fault necessarily but is what it is.
We all hoped , and still hope he'll turn into a top striker but for whatever reason remains in the maybe category.
Wealthy clubs might take a chance on maybe's, loan them out and take a chance .
My own view is that we need a squad of more than maybe's . We need available, fit quality players fighting for a 1st team place.
If the coaches feel more convinced than I do having seen more of him , fair enough . If he moves on I can understand that too.

It'll be a shame if he leaves fir the reasons you've stated but the £££ can't be sat watching when there's relatively little of it to spare

Mate, do you know anything about tattoos? It pierces layers of skin- blood clots occur in your veins or arteries. You can knock him for his ability etc but come on, you don’t need to make stuff up (I know it’s de rigueur on here)

No, what he's saying is, "If" and I say this because we still know nothing about the "alleged" illness..

"If" you do have a blood issue that nobody seems able to cure, maybe its a good idea no to risk any further contamination or agitation by introducing another random factor into your bloodstream..

Trying to say that the tattoo will not permiate to the bloodstream is absolute rubbish, I've had loads and they all bled..yours will have bled too, and at that point you've introduced it to your bloodstream, like it or not..

My wife was hospitalised with stafolococus after a tattoo which if went untreated the gp said it could have killed her..you can get unlucky, and if you have heath issues maye you should consider weather to have them or not..

Not really, but a quick check with Dr, Google suggests the metal in the ink can cause various blood problems. My point was that that on the back of having a blood issue, getting loads of tats done very soon after would appear to be pretty stupid.
