How are we not making more of this!?

Ref was not looking

He saw nothing. He was looking away, yet he gave them a free kick. The corruption is so blatant yet these jumped up, on-the-take wankers masquerading as referees get away with it week in, week out. It's fucking disgusting.

We all saw that from the kop, he was a wanker that ref, but Wolves in the "view from" say the ref was trying to give a pen to us all the 2nd half.

The ref today was utterly crap. Made loads of terrible decisions and missed lots of fouls.

Only Sheff Utd fans could moan about corruption after getting a very borderline penalty decision in the 90 +10 minute.

We really are a special breed!

You sure you've not got Scouse blood running through your veins with that persecution complex???
It's mental isn't it. The ref gifted us a unbelievably soft pen and yet on here some are still thinking there is a conspiracy

In the clip you don’t even see the ref until after the foul has happened. He obviously sees enough to know there was a foul, and gets the decision absolutely correct.
He was looking away throughout, however I think Norwood went to complain and the ref pointed at his assistant. I'm guessing that he's saying "my assistant told me it's a foul", which is exactly what they are their to do.

I don't think their is much to see here.

Ive seen plenty on here complain about Opposition players falling down when the breeze touches em ,
why arent our players more savvy , It's not nice to see but if it gets us goals / points safety fuck it Im on board ,
just make sure to scream when fouled just to make sure to get refs attention
we got a peno , we won the game , try and get something from Brighton then smash bournmouth ,
who if i remember went down quicker then a whores knickers last time we played them

Not really. I'd called him out at half time. Course I'm glad we got a soft penalty, in the 100th minute, but in the 99 minutes preceding this, the ref was still shite. Missed loads of things and got lots wrong.

like the one where with his back to play when Hammer touched the wolves player on the back and the guy went down he awarded a free kick
so much for giving what you can see

He was very poor. I appreciate the penalty was soft, but one of the comments on view from was that "he was trying to get back up again". Like not diving you mean. I hate to see diving or soft penalties but all the EPL teams do it, and we never have. Perhaps we're learning??

So we got a penalty for doing something everyone else does, now it's not fair??

FFS

Trouble is, crap referees fall for it.

There's a reason there was no English referee at the last world cup, and the reason is that they're crap. Evidence seen yesterday in spades.

That’s what the thread is about. One of his assistants obviously told him it was a foul

It's not corruption. It's football. Almost every time someone goes down (throw themselves to the ground) a free kick is awarded.

That is also why Baldock's penalty stood after VAR. It had contact! Even though the minor contact had no effect on the play at all since Baldock went down before contact to buy a penalty.

The physical aspect of the game is diminishing every day. Contact? Free kick!

Maybe at PL level. Come and watch some Under 12s footy and tell me it's diminishing!!

From behind, it looks like there's contact behind GBs knee from the Wolves player. After all the running through walls we've done for the last few seasons, staying on our feet when other teams roll along the floor for no reason, I'm GLAD we've finally got a soft decision which has won us a game.
