The attacking options we have now give me a lot more confidence than if it were a month ago! I'm confident of going there and getting all 3 points!

For me, it's now taking one game at a time.

A couple of weeks ago I thought we'd blown it, but three straight wins have changed all that.

From here on in, it's now back in our own hands.

If we win every game from now to the end of the season we will be promoted automatically.

I believe that at the moment a few other can say that also.

I should have made it clear that I am following orders from the other half. Sad but true.

My friends (Bradford fans) are coming over from the States and taking me to the cup final on Sunday ,they have paid £650 a seat to watch the rugby on Saturday ,madness. I told them a bracing trip to Bournemouth would be better but they wouldnt listen.

Wonder if i will take the Blade hoodoo with me on Sunday ?

Which phone box are you meeting in? :p

after coventry, second half, i think we could put a greatvrun together! come on ye blades!!!!

So who else is making this one? and who fancies a pint?

I shall be there, but unavailable for beer as my wife to be has arranged a 'wedding meeting' for the morning…..bint! :D

The Goat and Tricycle seems a good shout for some real ale. Had that suggested to me by someone who lives down there. Only problem is it's the opposite way to the ground from the hotel.
Yep, I had worked that one out.

Still got to find a bed for Saturday night. My plan is to find somewhere near the pub. Have a few beers and taxi to the ground. Hope there are no traffic problems on the long drive.

You can't miss me I have two big ears and lots of fur, and I can eat an apple through a letter box.

Tony.

I didn't get free rugby tickets so I've taken the better option of a day out in Bournemouth. moDtheGod, BladeInThatcham and I are arriving around 1.15pm so will likely be trying to find a pub between the station and the ground. BIT likes his Wetherspoons so it'll probably be there.

Afterwards BIT and myself are stopping around for a bit but moDtheGod is being antisocial as usual and has booked a 6pm train home. My train's at 8 from Bournemouth so there's ample time to find a suitable watering hole post match.

Blackheath Blade how are you heading down?

Sheff de party have you made your mind up? The ticket office will send your ticket down to Bournemouth and there's still cheap seats on the train - book through megatrain.com and it's £15 each way (1135 from Waterloo down, 1959 back).

Hopefully see you all in there Saturday lunchtime - cannot wait. Only the loyalist of the loyal.

Love United Hate McCabe.

The big question is - will we have a shot on Saturday? I say no!!

Well, I think this is fascinating. Wonderful stuff. Insightful, brilliant, almost the work of genius.
Tell me, what theories have you on the subject of mice who like rhubarb? It's the question for which the world is awaiting an answer!!

Foxy - I demand to know why the fuck this string has been moved.

Not that I would normally cower to such elegantly written demands, I have absolutely no idea, as I didn't do it myself and have just read this thread for the very first time.

I'd hazard a guess my better half has "mistakenly" thought (an isn't the only one), that this thread was an attempt at gaining a rise via wind up (I know, I know, perish the thought!).

Not decided where we're drinking in the immediate lead up to the match yet this year, but rest assured, in case your imagination should run away with itself, my motor vehicle shall be tucked up at least a couple of miles away.

I'm going to have to sit this one out I'm afraid lads, the budget just won't stretch to it this month. Shame, I did fancy this one. Keep me in mind for future ones (hopefully not Wembley but il still go!)

Hey Foxy - ta for reply. Pint waiting for you and good lady in Cricketers or anywhere. Please drive a bit slower than last time I saw you.

I concede on that one, I must have hit at least 12 miles an hour in a 30mph with no obstructions or constraints on safety ;) Did they include the maintain progress and avoid undue hesitation parts when you took the test? :D

Given that this thread does at least contain approximately a third which isn't trolling/wind up, it's on it's way to being merged with the other two "who's going to Bournemouth" threads :)
