Up in the hills!
I recently went to the "superstore" at BDTBL to see if I could get a Blades duvet cover for my little lads bed. Was a bit surprised that they only had ones for double beds, with 2 pillow cases! As most people I know who sleep in double beds are, a. over 25 b. with a significant other c. both, I was just wondering how many of you actually have a Blades duvet cover on your bed, and what the better half, if you have one, thinks about it. I know damn well my Mrs wouldn't put up with it, but that's probably because she's a L***s fan!

Ive always had the other problem, Id love a double duvet and I even got our lass to agree but could never find one. I thought about buying two and sewing them together.

1. Buy two - A Blades Double and a Dirty Double.
2. Cut each one in half through the middle, vertically
3. Get the Mrs to stitch one half of a Blades cover to the opposite corresponding half of the Dirty cover.
4. Do the same with the other spare halves
5. Sleep under your own colours
6. Of course you may have to swap sides of the bed when using the spare whilst the other one is in the wash.

There you go

I am here all week.

And always make sure you aim your junk over the dirty half.

And then make her sleep in the wet patch.

7) End up having a banter-heavy two minute feature on Look North with Harry Gration.

You guys have all the answers to lifes little problems. If only I'd joined the forum during the divorce, I could of saved myself a fortune!!

Dutch oven...?
Over here it's common place to have two single duvets on a double bed. Was against it at first but makes sense.

I prefer two 3/4 duvets over a king sized. But then I am incredibly rich and glamourous.

NO Tidza!
You could HAVE saved yourself.
Who do you think you are, Harry Maguire?

What a load of bollocks. Do people really have United double bedding (apart from Foxy & Linz ;))

King sized bed here... and no Blades duvet. There is a painting of John Street rendered in neutral colours on our bedroom wall though.

I took a photo of t'lane from up Norfolk Park. Had it photoshopped so that the stadium is in colour with black n white background. Bout the only thing in our house I put my foot down for.

I'll upload a pic in a bit when I get home

Super King here, no Blades duvet cover would fit it, so neutral colours which means no red and no blue (Mrs Seb being a Chelsea fan).

However, my side of the bedroom has a big TC print and her side has a big signed print of Peter Osgood.

Compromise Tidza, makes the world go round :D

We've got a veritable gallery of Blades pictures to put up but finding space for them is the issue. We've artex (potential asbestos) on the staircase and his Lordship's office has two stud walls.

He hasn't approached me with the suggestion that some go in the newly decorated front room yet...

I seem to have collected a few framed blades shirts from sponsorships and also auctions when I've had a few ales. Also got the chesterfield promotion shirt from a couple of seasons back.

We've got a couple of signed shirts won on charity auctions that we've never managed to have framed.

And scarves... don't get started on scarves. Got AS Roma and Fiorentina to add to the collection now... some are pinned up in the loft but again, not enough wall space.

I've got a blades mug, well I had one, it smashed into pieces after the Hartlepool game for some reason.

Yeah I've got scarves and shirts galore. It'll be great when I retire to the med and open up a bar serving crap lager, all day breakfasts and showing sky sports (live)
