And they haven't qualified for the CL

Just watched the highlights, not sure he touched ball? Yes, looked like he was crying to me when he came off and might be struggling. It is a real shame if it does not work for him, and maybe we lost a player who should have stayed and been the main man. Very early days and he was brilliant in the championship, is this a sign that he might not be as good as we thought he would be at the higher level? Looks like he is being played in a two up front and not getting involved.

Like many have said, he’s a little fish over there and at a club that doesn’t really need to develop players because they can just buy new ones and replace the crud.

If he was crying, it’s a tell tale sign of the pressure he’s under when playing for a team that can do the above. His development would have been better served here, but it’s a decision he made so I can’t say I feel sorry for him.
